Project: Research into support network requirements
Purpose: Identify the qualities of a successful support network
Completed: June 2019 ‐ March 2021
Methods: surveys, interviews, paper prototyping

I began working with the Pittsburgh Opioid Study in June of 2019 as an Assistant Experience Design Intern at a start-up company called Behaivior, which is developing an app that will use biometric data to help prevent opioid addiction relapse. In aid of this tremendously important social cause, I gathered qualitative and quantitative data from support network members, including therapists and family members of people in recovery. Through surveys and in-person interviews, I collaborated with other interns to make informed design recommendations to the developers.
